Position Responsibilities
Assists in all core management responsibilities for the operation of our SafeSplash + SwimLabs programs. In addition, the Swim School Manager Instructs swimming lessons and trains staff according to the SafeSplash curriculum and philosophies in a positive and fun manor.
- Assist with Staff Scheduling, Training, and Mentoring
- Help drive enrollment through marketing, customer service, and customer experience and satisfaction
- Manage and direct front desk activities and keep class organization
- Instructs group swim classes and private lessons to all ages and abilities; conducts lessons according to SafeSplash training and teaching philosophies; upholds company core values and displays competence in performing expectations.
- Builds relationships with clients; providing feedback on swimmers during our monthly Splash-N-Tell week.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; provides a safe and comfortable environment; resolves issues; identifying needs; recommending system improvements to management.
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prefer 2 years of management experience in customer service and excels in communication skills
- Ability to learn computer scheduling software
- Has a keen eye for details, can manage multiple schedules and tasks, can troubleshoot and make decisions confidently and quickly
- A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team while also providing exceptional guest relations
- Happy disposition; hospitable and caring
- Schedule is reoccurring weekly, including nights and weekends
- Must be willing to obtain Certifications:
- Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent
- CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification
- Lifeguard Instructor certified
Full-Time Position
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and skills

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
