General Manager – SafeSplash+SwimLabs Coeur d’Alene
Full-Time | Leadership | Family-Focused Aquatics Environment
Pay Range: $45,000 – $59,000/year plus profit share and/or bonus after 1 yr
Expected Hours: 35–40 per week (Full-time, with occasional extended summer hours)

At SafeSplash+SwimLabs, we believe in transforming lives through swim education – and we’re looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead that mission in Coeur d’Alene.
This is not your typical office job. This full-time leadership role is active, hands-on, and immersed in the energy of our swim school. You’ll be a key part of our senior management team, working alongside the owner to deliver an excellent experience for both families and staff.
What You’ll Do

Lead the Experience – Ensure our team delivers top-quality lessons and outstanding customer service.

Be Present & Engaged – Walk the deck, connect with families, support instructors, and keep the energy positive and professional.

Grow the Business – Partner with the owner to drive revenue, manage costs, and track key performance indicators.

Build an Amazing Team – Recruit, mentor, and motivate a passionate team who shares your commitment to our mission.

Run Smooth Operations – Oversee scheduling, customer communications, class management, and assist at the front desk or in the pool when needed.

Promote the Brand – Represent SafeSplash in the local community and develop relationships that drive new enrollments.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in swim instruction and aquatics management
- Strong understanding of business operations, including P&L and labor management
- Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fun, fast-paced setting
- Comfort working around children and families in a busy, often loud environment
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed – from instruction to administration
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing programs for young families
- CPO certification or swimming pool operations knowledge
